This magnificent home is set in the mountains of Hout Bay with three lounges. One formal with fireplace on the living room area of the home, the second one situated between the two main bedrooms with TV, satellite, sound system and opening onto a patio overlooking the garden and pool, and the third one a TV lounge with shower bathroom on the pool and garden level.

The pool is situated in the beautifully kept private garden. The TV lounge is at the ground level with shower bathroom and outdoor patio with table and chairs for meals.
The dining room and kitchen are open plan with all amenities. There are two more bedrooms in this lovely home, the lavender room with double bed and the single room with a pull out bed incase two singles are required. There is a full bathroom to service these two bedrooms and a guest toilet for the living room areas. All linen, towels duvets and pillows are provided.
